Case Study in Worcester

We were contacted with a septic tank problem. The investigation revealed a damaged tank due to incorrect fitting and ground conditions. To make matters worse, the soak-away connected to the tank had been polluted with solid effluent waste from the damaged tank and was now ineffective. Our recommendation was to replace the damaged tank with a new, 3-stage bio unit connected to a nearby storm drain with environment agency approval and no loss of facilities during the work. The whole project was completed in 6 days with no further potential for problems.

This saved the customer the costs of having the tank emptied regularly and proved cleaner for the environment, as well as avoiding the cost of replacing the soak away.
